Shipping and Delivery Policy

Aussie Fit Sport Science Pty Ltd deliver products Australia wide, using a combination of Star Track and Australian Post. We charge a flat rate of AUD $10.00 for every order regardless of quantity. Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-10 business days depending on your location within Australia.

Aussie Fit Sport Science Pty Ltd does not, at this time, accept international orders through our website, please contact us on +61 2 9876 9000 to enquire about a special order.

When placing your order please choose a suitable shipping address as Star Track requires a signature upon delivery of all parcels unless “Authority to Leave” is selected. Any attempted delivery with no one to sign will result in a card being left for you to contact the courier to organise a pick up from their local depot.

Goods sent via Australia post are not registered. This means that your goods are not insured and are not guaranteed.

Overnight deliveries or Registered Post: can be arranged at an additional cost. Please contact us by phone (07)5576 3688 to arrange this service.

Standard delivery time frames are between 3-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

Warranty against Defects

In certain circumstances Aussie Fit Sport Science provides a warranty to repair or replace certain of it’s goods, where they are defective, other then resulting from abnormal use, misuse or where the goods have been subject to any other external factors outside of Aussie Fit Sport Sciences control. The benefits under any of Aussie fit Sport Sciences warranties are in addition to other rights and remedies you may have at law.

If you are a consumer as defined in the Australian Consumer law, our goods come with a guarantee that cannot be excluded under the Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Once you have contacted us in some instances reasonable expenses incurred by you in making the claim may be reimbursed, eg postage but you must first contact us for authorization.

Goods presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather then being repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair the goods.
