Super Simple Banana Bread

Banana BreadNo added sugar, no grains, no dairy, amazingly yummy banana bread!

Ingredients:
  • 4 very ripe bananas, mashed (I whizz them in a small food processor, but mashing with a fork is fine too)
  • ⅓ cup coconut oil, melted
  • 4 eggs, room temperature
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup coconut flour
  • 1 heaped tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt
Method:

Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a loaf pan with baking paper.

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until well combined. Spoon into prepared loaf pan and bake for 45mins or until a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean.
